All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Upon receipt and subsequent inspection of your returned item, we shall proceed with your return request. The visibility of your refund on your credit card statement may vary between 1-2 billing cycles, subject to your credit card company’s policies. We will promptly inform you via email once your return has been processed.
